I founded Five Star Mortgages in 2016 from my dining room table. I launched the business mainly because I wanted to help my fellow Polish community buy homes and build financial security. I love meeting people who think homeownership is beyond them, showing them it's possible, and helping them get their first home.

As my clients have grown their wealth, I have developed a range of services to meet their needs. In addition to mainstream mortgage lending, we can also provide commercial and complex buy to let finance. My passion now is commercial finance, where I help business owners buy their premises to run their business from and gain additional financial security for their families.

Our team has grown, and now we have lots of advisers across many nationalities. Each adviser has a speciality within the mortgage advice market. For example, some love helping first-time buyers like how I started, others love buy-to-let, and some take satisfaction just assisting people in keeping their mortgage costs low by reviewing contracts.

Running the business has also enabled me to help others grow careers within financial services. I have helped train all the advisers within our team in their growing success. It is so satisfying to see that some of these advisers have the same passion I had for helping first-time buyers get their first home.
